For wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, CPOs, and retailers

Make data access a revenue stream. Without becoming a data vendor.

You charge partners and AI agents for access to your data. You keep ownership, you keep the upside — and you don't have to become a data vendor.

Standards & data models we work with

  • TecDoc
  • ETIM
  • GS1
  • OCPP
  • MCP
  • GraphQL Federation
  • OpenAPI

What we keep seeing

Five things that quietly cost you money every quarter.

These five pains show up across verticals — they look operational, but they're data problems.

Pain 1

Duplicate records inflate your data estate

Three suppliers, three feeds, same product under three SKUs. Procurement sees three. Customers pick wrong. Returns trace back to dedup gaps.

Pain 2

Missing standard alignment

TecDoc / ETIM / OCPP / GS1 references are partial or wrong. Filtering breaks. Search breaks. Partner integrations break.

Pain 3

AI can't reach your data

Your customers' AI procurement agents query competitors who expose APIs. You're invisible. Tomorrow, that's not a footnote — that's missing revenue.

Pain 4

One-off integrations per partner

Each new B2B partner is a custom mapping job. Tariffs, SKUs, attributes end up shaped slightly differently per integration. The cost compounds.

Pain 5

No clean way to monetize the data

You'd charge partners for clean, queryable data — if you had it. FTP exports and spreadsheets don't lend themselves to subscription billing or governance.

What you get

Four concrete outcomes, no platform-speak.

Each one maps to a specific painful spreadsheet, manual process, or lost deal you have today.

01

Data products partners can actually consume

Same SKUs, deduplicated, with TecDoc / ETIM / OCPP / GS1 alignment and full lineage. Your partners stop sending tickets about wrong cross-references.

02

API access as a revenue stream

Set API plans, per-customer keys, and quotas. Charge wholesale partners for read access, AI agents for write access — and track revenue per customer.

03

Reach for AI procurement and marketplace buyers

Listed in the Meshbase Catalog alongside other verified providers. AI procurement agents discover, subscribe, and call you through MCP — under your governance.

04

Audit answers for compliance and procurement

Every mutation, every API call, every AI request: one audit row. Lineage from supplier feed to partner response. AI Act and DPP audit trails done.

How a pilot looks

Four weeks. Clear go/no-go signal at the end.

We don't run multi-month POCs. The pilot is bounded, costs less than your last analytics tool, and produces a written outcome you can take to leadership.

  1. 01Week 1

Import + dedup pass on your sample

Bring a slice of your data (a supplier feed, SKU subset, system export, file, or API sample). We import, dedupe, and produce a written report on what we found.

  2. 02Week 2–3

    Standard alignment + governance setup

Match against TecDoc / ETIM / GS1 / OCPP, set up your CallerProfile, define your first API plan and partner role.

  3. 03Week 4

First partner API + audit pass

Stand up a sandbox API for your first partner or AI agent. Show the audit trail end-to-end. Decide go / no-go.

What stays yours

Your data, your contracts, your runway out.

We sell access infrastructure, not your data — no aggregation, no repackaging, no reselling. If you ever leave, you leave with everything you brought.

  • Tenant export bundles every table you own as JSONL.gz parts via our tenant-export task. Open formats, no proprietary lock-in.
  • Data is hosted in EU regions — no US-only providers, no replication outside EU/EEA without SCCs.
  • Your contracts with your partners stay between you and them. We provide the surface, not the relationship.
  • API plans, quotas, pricing — all configured in your workspace. We don't take a cut of what your partners pay you.

Bring a sample

We'll show you the dedup result by next week.

One business day to first response. Bring your data, your partners, your auditors' demands — you get a concrete pilot scope back.
